Save the Date!!!
Save the Date! October 6th, Mike and I will be at the Manton Apple Festival. This will be the last show we do this year that is scheduled. Of course, we all know how I love to do things at the last minute!
The Manton Apple Festival started as a "apple harvest" fair in 1992. It has grown to one of the premier craft and art events. This venue will provide you with a variety of local vendors hocking their wares. Let's not forget the apples tho. Mike is going just for the apple pie.
It sounds like a good time. Food, live music and entertainment, craft and art. Maybe you will participate in the pie eating contest???
DIRECTIONS:
The festival is at the Manton School.
From Red Bluff: Take SR 36 East 10 miles to Dales Station and county A6, (Manton Rd). Turn left on Manton Rd and continue 17 miles to Manton. Bear right on Forward Rd for ¼ mile.
From Redding: Take SR 44 East to Shingletown. Turn right on Wilson Hill Rd and continue to Manton. Bear left on Froward Rd ¼ mile.
